A few years ago, I started to hunt just about everything that had a season. I was trying to figure out which seasons I enjoyed the most and which ones I wanted to start investing more time into. Pennsylvania has a great amount of hunting seasons available, as soon as the beginning of September rolls around, you can be in the woods until February if you wanted.
Because of my interest in getting after anything and everything, I had cut-outs of the season dates everywhere… in my car, on my workbench, in my hunting license holder, and a picture on my phone to reference. I’m not sure how I came across this resource, but I found out that there was a way to get all of the dates on your phone calendar!
Below is a link that gives you directions on how to do it. It’s very simple and completely worth it. The best part is, you only have to do this once. It updates every year on its own giving you the most up to date information!
You could set this up manually for other states, but would require a lot more work and maintenance.
